Analyse website data
If you would like to find out how many people visit your site each month and how many of them actually convert into a sale or enquiry, setting up an analytics system on your site is the answer.
EFM can help set this up for you or if you already have it installed, we can help analyse the data for you. Analytics systems can be a bit confusing sometimes and it’s not always clear what the data means.
Looking into this data can be very interesting and can give clear results why people are leaving your site and why your bounce rates are too high.
If of interest, you can also set up Website Tracking, which tracks visitors on your site but in ‘real time’ so you can engage with them via a Live Chat perhaps. Or you can use this data to find out what pages they’ve looked at, how they came to your website, via which keywords and what they’re interested in. This data can be very useful, especially combined with setting up a Google Adwords campaign, as you already know what people are typing into the search engines to find your site and you can then set up variants of those keywords in your campaign.
